The Carrizo Pumped Storage Hydropower (PSH) DOE project conducts a holistic study covering civil design, transmission, market assessment, renewable integration, community benefits, and permitting to advance licensing, reduce revenue uncertainty, and ensure stakeholder and Navajo Nation engagement.
